The Shofar Factory is a hands-on workshop for the very young and the young at heart, and it’s coming to Eugene!
Allow yourself to be guided through the step-by-step process of crafting your very own beautiful shofar.
The fun begins with hollowing, cleaning, and measuring the cured horn. Participants will help sand, polish, and shellac a ram’s horn to create a genuine kosher Shofar, as well as gain new insight and significance of the Shofar and its role during the High Holiday season. PLUS enjoy some honey flavored treats!
It’s for the entire family and guaranteed to inspire as we prepare to greet the Jewish new year on Rosh Hashanah!
The Shofar Factory is FREE to attend.
$10 per Shofar to create and take home.
